My reflections

My name: Gustavo Rojas
I would spake about the production of the yogur

is a dairy product obtained by bacterial fermentation of milk.

INGREDIENTS
1 Litre of milk
1 / 4 cup powdered milk
1 tablespoon pectin and / or gelatin (only use it if you do not have milk powder)
1 package of yogurt
2 tablespoons natural yogurt (only use it if it had not powder)

The production of yoghurt requires the introduction of specific bacteria in the milk in a temperature controlled environmental conditions.

Step one:

In a glass bowl add the milk powder.

second step:

We will soon add a small portion of milk is only to dissolve

Third step:

Mix very well to avoid lumps of it.

fourth step:

In a deep pan with a thick bottom add the remaining milk.

fifth step:

Mix the milk with yogurt.

sixth step:

put the mixture over medium heat and wait a few hours after

seventh step:

Spoon mixture into sterilized glass fracas and goal in the refrigerator or in an area at temperatures between 27 and 35 degrees.
